Tuition / Fees

Tuition is based on a yearly course fee divided into 10 equal installments. Tuition course fees take into account all holidays and classes canceled due to natural causes such as snow closings. There will be no make-ups or refunds for missed or canceled classes unless otherwise indicated. All tuition and registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition payments begin August 15th and end May 1st.

Tuition Payment Info

  • Registration Fee: $40/student or $55/family

  • All tuition is charged on an automatic payment process based on the above schedule.

  • We ask that all families set up a Visa / MasterCard / Discover /or American Express account.

  • Account information and credit cards may be updated by using the Parent Portal on the front page of our website.

  • Walh Studios must be notified in writing of a student’s intent to drop a class. Full tuition will be charged until we have been properly notified.

  • Late payments: Tuition fees that are declined and/or not paid by the 15th of each month, will be charged a $15 late fee. Accounts must be up-to-date by the end of each month in order for students to continue attending classes.

  • Registration and Tuition fees are non-refundable.

Refer-a-Friend Discount

All current Walh Studios families that refer a friend to register will receive a one-time $15 discount off their costume bill. New registrant must inform Walh Studios of referral with current student’s name in a note to Walh Studios, in order to be granted discount. The discount is per each new family (not student), but there is no limit to the amount of credits that can be applied to an account.
